How to Pause Billing (Camera Suspension)
If you would like to pause your billing for the season, you can Suspend your camera in the REVEAL app. You will only want to use the Suspend feature if you plan to leave your camera(s) out of service for at least 30 days. Please do not suspend your cameras if you are on a yearly data plan, as you have already prepaid for the year at the time of camera activation/plan sign-up.
To do this:
- On the home page, select the three lines in the upper left-hand corner.
- Select ‘My Cameras’.
- Click a camera location and select the camera you wish to suspend.
- Scroll down to select ‘Cancel Camera Service’.
- Select ‘Keep Camera’. This will cancel the plan, but keep the camera attached to the account for easier reactivation.
- Next, you will select ‘Cancel Service’.
- Once you get the popup message you will type in ‘Cancel’ and then select ‘Cancel Service.’
Once you’ve completed those steps your plan is now suspended and you will not be charged until you reactivate your camera.
How to Have Yearly and Monthly Subscriptions Under One Account
One of the new features of the REVEAL App 3.0 is the ability to have a monthly and yearly subscription on the same account. They do have to be on the same plan, i.e., pro monthly and pro yearly on the account. You cannot combine starter, intermediate, or pro plans on the same account.
To change a camera(s) to the opposite plan they are on now, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to your account and purchase the plan you don’t have. For example, if all of your cameras are on Pro Yearly, you will need to purchase the Pro Monthly subscription as well.
- Once your subscription purchase is complete, you will need to Delete the camera from your app and add it back as a new camera. When you do this, you will see the option to choose either the Yearly or Monthly subscription for that camera.
How to Change Your Plan
Changing your plan is a straightforward process that can be done in the web portal at account.revealcellcam.com. Here’s how:
- Select the Account Icon.
- Select Change Plan Type.
- Choose the plan you wish to switch to.
- Select Continue.
- Verify payment information.

How to Delete Tactacam Reveal Camera Account

- Select anywhere under the camera name, but not the Gallery.

- Click on Delete Camera.
